We hope that you are very happy with the items that you have ordered from Thatęs Me, Too! However, if you are not satisfied, we will try our very best to help you. It is our policy to exchange only and no refunds, for obvious reasons. Returned items must have prior authorization. Shipping costs must be included with the return item. We do not pay to return the item to you. Items must be exchanged within 15 days of their purchase, in the original condition. Tags must still be on the clothes and since clothing is very susceptible to odors we will not be able to accept returns with odors of any kind. No exchanges or refunds will be made on sale items. Once accepted it is a final deal.
To exchange: If you have ordered an incorrect size we will exchange it for another size, providing we still have the size available. You can contact us first to see if we have it and we will save it for you if we have it. There will be no exchanges on personalized clothing unless the merchandise is defective. If the item is defective we must be notified within 10 days of your receiving the items.
We will allow Christmas gifts purchased after Oct. 15th to be exchanged until January 15. Please remember that all exchanges must be in the original condition with tags on.
