1) What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
2) How do I return an item?

3) Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
4) When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
5) What if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
6) How do I place an order with you?
At the check out you can place an order from the site. If there is any question or problem, feel free to call me at 830.393.4725. It is necessary to call me on most of the personalized items OR e-mail me at thatsmetoo@peoplepc.com.
8) May I return or exchange sale items?
All sales are final on sale items. They cannot be returned or exchanged, so be very careful about sizes and selections. Sale items are close outs, in most cases, and sales will be final.
9) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Pay Pal is available on the site. I will take a credit card if you will give me a call at 830.393.4725 or I can send a Pay Pal invoice if you are having trouble with with Pay Pal on the site. Call me at the number above for any problames.
